Provision of IT services in the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM). This includes services related to the following areas: 1) IT software development projects and maintenance; 2) Service desk support (customer facing, as well as back-office); 3) Application management (IT operations); 4) Governance and consultation services; 5) Transformation services. The services are related to various ECM products (Documentum, Confluence, Liferay) and content management functionalities (such as, but not limited to, case management, knowledge management, records management, content and information input and output management, collaboration).
