Oslo municipality has a basic need to be able to communicate with their surroundings. For example, by publishing positions vacant, information about construction plans, information campaigns and the equivalent. The communications channels have developed in the last few years, particularly within digital advertising. This has created new possibilities and new ways for how Oslo municipality can communicate with their surroundings. In order to keep up with development, Oslo municipality needs consultancy services and guidance in advertising dissemination. The aim is to reduce the municipality's total advertising costs and contribute to the municipality's own resources being utilised cost efficiently.
