This has created new possibilities and new ways for how Oslo municipality can communicate with their surroundings. In order to keep up with development, Oslo municipality needs consultancy services and guidance in advertising dissemination. The aim is to reduce the municipality's total advertising costs and contribute to the municipality's own resources being utilised cost efficiently.
