Skatteetaten [the Norwegian Tax Administration] is responsible for the administration of Folkeregistret [the National Register] as a National Joint Component. An IT solution is being developed and will be available 24/7, with an uptime of 99,8 %.
The Norwegian Tax Administration is in a process where we want to map the possibilities in the market regarding service outsourcing of first line user-support in order to expand the opening hours from normal work hours on all business days, to cover 24/7 availability all days of the year.
