Nye Veier AS´ task is to develop the road network in a way that is quicker, more uniform and less costly. Safe traffic primary roads will connect housing and labour market regions to each other.
In order to identify the extent to which infrastructure strengthens the commercial competitiveness and improves people's everyday lives, we want to map commuter patterns before, during and after a development. Through this RFI, we want information about whether analysing of mobile data is suitable for this purpose. What solutions are currently available and what opportunities can be found with development?
