Norwegian Police Shared Services (PFT), henceforth referred as the Contracting Authority shall enter into an agreement for guard services in the police districts and for special federations. The Oslo Police District, the National Police Immigration Service and the Norwegian Police University College (PHS) are currently the main users of guard services.
