Tenderers are invited to a Dynamic Purchase System for the Veterinary Institute. The Veterinary Institute has established a programme ('New VI') for the modernisation and digitalisation of large parts of its activities when the Oslo office moves to new and modern premises in Ås. The current capacity and competence of necessary resources for planning and implementing the programme are not sufficient, and the Veterinary Institute needs to procure such competence externally.
