Crane Operated Adhesion Band Skimmer for Cold Climates

The Norwegian Coastal Administration would like to procure a crane-suspended/crane operated adhesion band skimmer that is specially adapted for operations in severe cold conditions, where, amongst other things, icing and clogging due to cold temperatures normally presents a problem. The main function of the system is the collection of light and medium viscous oil at sea and between ice floes. The procured system must be a ready developed and tested product/system, and ready for delivery with the requested functionality.
