This tender seeks offers for modern portable greenhouse gas (GHG) analyzers. The measurement technique of the equipment should be such that equipment is able to quantify relatively small CH4 emissions and sinks of forest floor (under conditions where net fluxes can be extremely low). The company providing equipment should have a long track record of successful solutions for soil flux GHG measurements. Analyzers should be portable in a way that it can be applied on field conditions without electricity supply (with battery). The equipment should be able to measure GHG fluxes on various ecosystems types, like drained forested peatlands and drained agricultural soils and on open waters. The equipment should be able to have modern data transfer and monitoring properties, like ability to be monitored wirelessly through cell phones and tablets. . The supplier should have a long proven track record of successful solutions for soil flux GHG measurements. The supplier should estimate the delivery time for the equipment.
