Framework agreement for pipe inspection and flushing

Asker municipality, c/o the Municipal Engineering Department, would like to enter into a framework agreement with a company in order to ensure capacity for pipe inspections and flushing. The framework agreement is mainly for pipe inspections in municipal sewage pipelines, but also pipe inspections of private service pipes.
