The Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation (KMD) intends to procure a NOARK complete (version 5.4 from 1.12.2016) case/archive system for use in the joint ministries (all the ministries, selected underlying entities and SMK). In addition it must be possible to use the system for case/archive purposes for all public actors, who over time, will use new joint national platforms for a classified network.
The system must be able to be used for both 'Unclassified' and 'Restricted' security levels, in accordance with the Security Act. Consideration is also being given to use it for 'Secret' security level.
