Turnkey Contract for the expansion of Sunde School

Førde municipality invites turnkey contractors to submit tenders for a turnkey contract for the demolition of an old school building, alterations to the building i the central part of the existing school with a new building, with an expanded site area. Also alterations to an existing wing. The so-called 93 wing is to be extended and renovated with paint on the walls and ceiling. This work is shown on the drawing prepared by Civil architect Hallvard Naustdal from Arki architect office. As this is a turnkey contract, the tender invitation also requires that the turnkey contractor is responsible for all the detailed engineering design services and drawings. The Builder will provide the prepared drawings and the turnkey contractor will be free to use the architect and consultants that the turnkey contractor wants to use.
