Choice and establishment of an operational contract for external systems

The Research Council of Norway publishes a set of services for its 'customers' via its websites. These are services that support applications, reports and status follow-up, etc. The services are available via logging in and user management. These services are currently run by an external operations provider through a contract that is expiring and must, therefore, be renewed via this competition.

The operational contract shall cover the operation of the Platform (HW and system SW) and applications.
