The procurement concerns a turnkey contract. The project is part of the cycle route along Østre Aker vei on the stretch from Veitvet School — Grorud Station in Oslo kommune. The project involves engineering design and construction.

The cycle route with footpath is approx. 3250 m with a width of 3 m + 2 M and has intersections with national roads and municipal roads at both ends of the parcel. Close to the commercial properties in Brubakkveien, an A2 access road of approx. 500 m will be built to the industrial areas.
