Samordna Innkjøp I Nordland (SIIN, hereafter called the Contracting Authority), invites tenderers to an open tender competition above the EEA threshold for parallel framework agreements for the hire of health temporary staff for Steigen, Røst, Værøy, Hemnes, Alstahaug, Meløy, Bodø, Fauske, Sørfold, Hamarøy and Beiarn municipalities. The duration of the framework agreement is set at 2 years, with the possibility to extend (option) for a further 1 year + 1 year. The competition comprises the hire of qualified temporary workers as needed in the following occupational categories: Nurses, Health Care workers and students. Hire of temporary workers shall be a supplement when the municipalities cannot cover the need with help from their own full-time and part time employees. The municipalities want to enter into parallel agreements with 3 tenderers for the delivery of temporary health workers. The selection of the 3 tenderers to sign agreements will be carried out based on the award criteria for this competition.
