The aim of the procurement is to get assistance within ITS consultancy services for the development, implementation and management of ITS knowledge and systems. The contracts shall cover the need for competence that the Norwegian Public Roads Administration does not have access to in its own department at a given point in time, or where there is an independent need for external task solving. The contracts can also be used if extra capacity is needed.
