The objective of the programme is to cover the Contracting Authority's requirements for consultancy services and planning, implementing and developing the programme meetings for founders. The consultant and partners shall re-establish the national programme measure that was put on hold in 2016.
The project shall be executed in co-operation with Innovasjon Norge. Innovasjon Norge is the owner of the project and the consultant shall work as an expert and provide consultancy services to the companies.
