The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of stopping material suitable to puncture vehicle tyres. Stop material is an aid that is used on roads to physically stop vehicles that do not stop when signalled and when a person is driving in a manner that is considered dangerous to themselves or others, or, for other reasons it is essential to prevent further driving. The procurement is a ‘re-procurement’.
