Nordkapp municipality wishes to upgrade the ventilation and heating system for the cinema and the kiosk. A new ventilation generator shall be installed. The generator shall provide the cinema, the machine room and the foyer with fresh air. The new generator shall replace the current generator. Energy efficient heating system shall be installed in the cinema.
