Samordnet Innkjøp I Salten (SIIS) invites tenderers to an open tender competition above the national threshold for a 2 year framework agreement for the delivery of automatic message counting for landline and mobile telephony, with a unilateral option for 1+1 year. This includes the procurement of automatic message counting for up to 4 years. Different services are requested, but emphasis is put on the fact that the municipalities are not bound to them.
