Framework agreement for books for libraries.

The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for printed books and media in physical format for the public libraries in Oppegård and Ski municipalities. The procurement and delivery will, as per today, be for two libraries that are located in different places and have different library systems. The estimated value is approx. 1 000 000 NOK (excluding VAT) per annum. The estimate is only a guideline and is without obligation for the contracting authority.
