The tracking system shall be used in performing tracking of vehicles in Norway and the international operations theatres if the infrastructure is available. The system will be used in daylight as well as dark night, in all climate conditions. It shall also be possible to transport the tracking system with aeroplane, helicopter, train, car, trailer or boat.
