Books for libraries and education centres.

Kort beskrivning

Oslo and Akershus University College (HiOA) shall enter into one or two framework agreement(s) for the procurement of books/publications to HiOA's education centres and libraries. E-books are not included in the framework agreement(s).

The procurement is divided into two segments:

— Norwegian and Nordic books and publications

— Non-Nordic books and publications.

Tenderers are allowed to submit tenders for one segment or both.

The total contract value over a 4 year period is estimated to be between NOK 8 000 000 and 10 000 000 excluding VAT. This estimate is based on historical figures for the future budget and is not considered binding for HiOA. Norwegian and Nordic books are expected to amount to approx. 2/3 of the contract value and non-Nordic books to approx. 1/3.
