The contracting authority wants procure a new growth administration system that is an efficient, user-friendly and a good management tool. The system shall be able to manage current tasks and shall be prepared for future possibilities. Comprehensive description of the delivery is given in the requirement specification. The agreement period is 3 years, with an option for extension of agreement by 2 years.
