Evaluation of trial with the initiative permanent facilitated work (VTA) in municipal management.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (hereafter: the Contracting Authority) will implement a three year trial where some municipalities are given expanded responsibility for the labour market initiative permanent facilitated work (VTA). The Contracting Authority wants the engaged party to give advice to the Labour and Welfare Administration and the reference group about the final design of the trial. Secondly, the Contracting Authority wants a follow-up evaluation of the trial.
