The objective of the framework agreement is to comply with the contracting authority's requirements for development, maintenance, repairs, improvements and upgrading of outdoor areas and associated equipment at the properties. This applies to immediate works related to deviations discovered through playground inspections, as well as ongoing measures for maintaining and developing the standard of the properties' outdoor areas. Outdoor areas in relation to kindergartens are forming the majority of the assignments included in the agreement. Outdoor areas for nursing homes, purpose-built buildings and cultural buildings are also included.
