The Institute of Marine Research would like to enter into a framework agreement for general shipyard services for the research vessels ‘Kristine Bonnevie’, ‘Johan Hjort’ and ‘G.O. Sars’. The vessels have their home port in Bergen and the vessels' mission/season ending is therefore often in Bergen. Based on this, it is appropriate to have a shipyard that is geographically located in the area Egersund to Ålesund.
