The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for interior architect work for development and descriptions of fittings and furnishing projects. The interior architect shall be able to participate in the different phases of a construction/fittings and furnishing project that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for. The Property Unit will primarily have focus on the programming and sketch phase for fittings projects and will leave the implementation of the projects to either Statsbygg or the local PL/contractor. The Property Unit will primarily be the orderer and controller for these projects. The Property Unit will be responsible for the entire project for furnishing projects of various sizes, from mapping and needs analyses to on-site implementation.
