DEKF currently manages approx. 360 000 m² of buildings divided between approx. 190 properties.
The buildings include: nursing homes, schools, nurseries, welfare buildings, administration buildings, arts and sports centres, listed buildings, as well as flats for rent. This also includes all the units that Drammen municipality has owner interests in that will use the contracts.
DEKF procures painting, wallpapering and floor laying work for approx. 4 000 000 NOK per annum. The estimated annual procurements is based on previous procurements, and it must not be seen as binding for the volume of procurements under this framework agreement. The procurement will vary from year to year, in accordance with the contracting authority's needs.
