The EPJ-Løftet is a user operated programme managed by a liaison group with 3 representatives from the Norwegian Medical Association (NMA), two representatives from the Norwegian Directorate of Health, and 1 representative from the Norwegian Directorate of eHealth (NDE) who shall be the manager of the liaison group.
