Procurement of fruit in the Western Region.

The contracting authority would like tenders for the delivery of fruit in the Western Region for employees in the following offices, traffic stations and project offices (see annex 1 for a delivery overview). The contracting authority would like this to be a reserved contract in accordance with the regulations § 3-12. ‘The contracting authority may limit the contest to businesses where the majority of the involved employees are handicapped and the nature or extent of their handicaps imply that the employees cannot carry out work on ordinary terms. If a contracting authority uses this possibility, information must be provided on this in the notice.’ The aim of the procurement is that all employees in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration Western Region shall have access to good quality fruit at work.

1 framework agreement with a tenderer for all of the Western Region, or with 1 tenderer per sub-contract (sub-contract Rogaland, Hordaland and Sogn og Fjordane).
