BIR wishes to enter into a contract for appropriate telephony services in regards to equipment and subscriptions for the corporation. The various companies in BIR have different service requirements, but they all require very good coverage — both indoor and along roads/tunnels in Hordaland. Several of BIR's locations are situated outside residential and industrial areas.
