The County Governor of Oslo and Akershus (hereafter FMOA) is holding a tender competition with the aim of entering into a framework agreement with 1 tenderer to cover the need for software and hardware. The contract will be valid for up to 2 years (1+1) and it will be valid from the 1.1.2017.
The process will be carried out as an open tender contest so that documentation connected to the qualification requirements and award criteria shall be submitted at the same time and by the deadline stated in the notice and this document.
