‘Sheltered accommodation flats Docen 2’ consists of a new building with 32 residences, including communal functions, operational functions and a car park basement. The contract includes the development of outdoor areas for the residents, traffic area and outdoor pathway/access area. The project includes the demolition of 2 municipal residential buildings in the block (Markegata 55 and 57) and 2 small houses used by Nepjarhaugen nursery.
