The purpose of this procurement is to meet the contracting authority's need for architect services. The contract will include different types of assignments within the discipline. Bærum municipality Property, who will be the largest user of the framework agreement, carries out most of its projects as turnkey contracts. Assignments under the framework agreement will, therefore, mostly be in an early phase.
