Planning and building application and review work: The services that the consultant shall provide will mostly consist of case handling in accordance with the Planning and Building Act, the Cadastral Act, the Alcohol Act, the Catering Act and the Public Administration Act with the accompanying framework. There will be site inspections at the construction site.
