Shuttle service for pilots by helicopter — Service Concession.

Kort beskrivning

The Norwegian Coastal Administration needs a secure and efficient shuttle service for pilots to and from vessels requiring pilots over 30 000BT, which serve the terminals Kårstø, Sture, Mongstad; 25 000BT for Nyhavna and 20 000BT for Melkøya. The service shall contribute to the Norwegian Coastal Administration maintaining the degree of service to the industry for pilot assignments (97 %). Furthermore, the service shall contribute to better use of the pilot's working day.

Vessels in question use the pilot boarding area shown in annex 2 of the Regulations on pilot obligation and use of pilot exemption certificate dated 17.12.2014 no 1808.
