Etat for utbygging sees to the builder function for municipal construction projects within schools and nurseries, nursing homes, the fire and chimney sweeping service, arts buildings, sports buildings and administration buildings. The contracting authority requires the function builder's representative and the framework agreement shall see to the need for the procurement of this type of service.
