The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Directorate of Roads invite tenderers to a competition for consultancy services for the Department Programme Winter Operations. The Department Programme is a four year research and development programme that was started in January 2013. This contract shall provide assistance for the sub project “Winter operations on roads with heavy traffic at low temperatures”. The aim of the project is firstly to examine how winter operations are handled in periods with low temperatures on roads with heavy traffic through literature studies and through obtaining experience of "best practice". The assistance consists of project management, reporting and obtaining various data in the sub project.
