The framework agreement will mainly concern materials of concrete (pipes, sections and manholes) in connection with maintenance and operation of the municipalities piping networks. When it comes to larger new constructions/rehabilitations that are put up for tender, the purchase of materials will usually be part of the offer from the contractor, and not part of the framework agreement. With smaller new constructions/rehabilitations it may be that the municipality itself provides the materials through this framework agreement.
