The aim is to establish a contract for the maintenance and further development of the Finance Council with a service provider for all the areas in the contract. The contract includes system components in the areas that are administered within finance: 1) decision interpreters (the Task System), 2) self-developed ledgers (Abetal and UR), 3) the collection systems ELIN and Predator, 4) selected modules within Oracle e-business suite (OeBS) and the department's component for handling and processing invoices (EBASYS) and OnBase.
The contracting authority will emphasise the use of a flexible implementation model for further development.
Work with target pictures and architect assessments is ongoing at the contracting authority. This means that there can be adjustments as regards the system components that shall be administered.
