Stiftelsen Tradebroker ("Tradebroker") is responsible for the execution of this procurement. Tradebroker currently represents 85 large and medium sized Norwegian companies in the public and private sector. Tradebrokers public member companies are subject to the Act 16 July 2016 no. 73 on public procurements ("LOA") and regulations 12 August 2016 no. 975 on procurement rules in the supply sector ("FOR"), see point 1.3. Tradebroker is not a "Contracting Authority" in accordance with the Norwegian Confederation of Tradebrokers or THE PUBLIC Procurement Regulations. See the

Tradebroker will, on behalf of its member companies, enter into a framework agreement with two tenderers for the delivery of electro and installation materials. The Contracting Authority shall enter into framework agreements with tenderers who can deliver a wide range of different electro and installation material. Short delivery times are required and small and large volumes must be delivered. The contracts shall facilitate a high degree of flexibility and a high service level for the deliveries. Tenderers shall offer an e-commerce system and electronic invoices. Integrated systems against external procurement systems for catalogues, order receipts and invoicing via EHF standard shall as a minimum be offered for the e-commerce system. A punch-out system shall also be offered from the tenderer ́s internet shop against the customers ́ procurement system on OCI-standard. The Contracting Authority shall have the possibility to order products as needed, and from the tenderer´s total product range. Orders shall be placed through the supplier ́s internet shop as well as other available channels such as e-commerce systems, shops, telephone and email. The internet shop shall contain a broad product range with product descriptions, pictures and prices. Tenderers are expected to be able to assist the contracting authority with consultancy related to selection of electrical material.
