The purpose of the market dialogue (RFI) is to receive feedback from suppliers and investigate what systems for digital insight and regulation of micromobility are available. The Agency for Urban Environment [Bymiljøetaten] wants a tool to regulate, visualise and provide insight into shared mobility in Oslo. The system must be in line with current legislation, especially with regard to data processing. The tool must be modern, adapted to our needs and must have updated functionality that keeps pace with market developments. See the annex for further information.

We request written information about the supplier's product and answers to questions in the invitation. In addition, suppliers can sign up for 1:1 meetings with the Agency ofr Urban Environment to demonstrate their product. See the annex for more information.
