The contracting authority would like to enter into one (1) framework agreement for the procurement, maintenance and administration of IT licences for the BIR group, including licence advice. This does not include trade systems in BIR. The objective is to ensure a framework agreement partner who can cover the contracting authority's requirements at the lowest possible cost. Tenderers must be able to cover the entire licence requirements at the contracting authority specified in this contest.
