The objective and scope of the procurement. Framework agreement for the procurement of products for stores, cloakrooms, and workshops. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has spent approx. NOK 1 million excluding VAT a year for the last five years. The volume will be dependent on amongst other things, the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors. The maximum contract value is set to NOK 6 million excluding VAT. The contract will be terminated when/if withdrawals from the contract exceed the maximum value.
