Framework agreement: Bridge maintenance national roads Innlandet and Buskerud 2023 - 2024

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration’s Operation and Maintenance Division East would like to enter into a framework agreement with up to two tenderers of bridge maintenance on national roads in Innlandet. The framework agreement will also apply to the western parts of Viken, limited to former Buskerud County from 2021. The works for the framework agreement mainly apply to maintenance works. The assignments will vary in scope and include various types of bridge maintenance. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 160 million excluding VAT. The amounts stated in chapter D1 are based on experience from previous contracts. The stated amounts make up the expected amounts for the expected maintenance need for two years. The stated amounts are, however, uncertain. The contracting authority has an option for 1+1 year extension of the framework agreement. The total scope per year is expected to be approx. NOK 20 - 40 million excluding VAT subject to approval, which also applies for the options in 2025 and 2026.
