Aalto University School of Science, Department of Applied Physics is currently con-ducting experimental research on nonlinear optical interactions of light with resonant photonic micro- and nanostructures, with focus on spectroscopic and time-resolved experimental studies of optical resonances in periodic metasurfaces. For these applications, a high-repetition-rate infrared femtosecond laser is needed. The laser should be capable of producing sub 300 fs pulses with peak power of at least a few tens of kW and multi-MHz repetition rate. The laser should provide at least two synchronized beams with two different wavelengths, both accessible at the same time. The wavelength of at least one output beam should be continuously tuneable over a maximally wide spectral range. For further information, see separate documents (as attachment files at the Tarjouspalvelu service at https://tarjouspalvelu.fi/aalto).
