Nittedal-eiendom KF (the contracting authority) will construct 8 rental flats with a personnel base and the accompanying infrastructure.
The tenants will be residents with reduced functional abilities of varying characters, who require, and have a right to, comprehensive health and care services. The flats must be complete and attractive, and the design of the outside environment is very important for daily activities and the life quality of the residents.
