The contest is for a framework agreement for the provision of consulting engineering services and surveying services. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. The contracting authority has previously procured consulting engineering services and surveying services for approx. NOK 7 million excluding VAT per year for the last three years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
