Nye Veier would like to enter into a contract for travel agency services. This includes flights, hotels, hire cars, trains, boats, etc. The current contract is about to expire and we would therefore like to invite tenderers to a contest for travel agency services that will ensure that the group has good travel solutions for future trips.
Tenderers must offer a complete service within the contracting authority's needs, mainly:
- Travel tickets for
. Domestic and international flights
. Trains
. Buses
. Car hire
- Hotels, domestic and abroad
- Group trips
- Courses/meetings/conferences
- System for handling round trips
- System so that individuals/those who book the trip can book trips for one or more persons
- Reports and statistics
- Customer service
- Status meetings
- Training of key persons
